Warpfire runs solely in your Internet browser and requires no installation. You start off with a tiny spaceship that you can expand and evolve until it's a huge mother ship capable of destroying anything in it's way including all the pirates that try and hijack it. You've got 3 galaxies to choose from depending on how aggressive you feel. First is the United Star Corps which thanks to the strong military presence of the USC means there is still freedom in this part of the galaxy.
Second is the Free Galactic Federation which is the real economic powerhouse where all the big intergalactic companies are located - those that put profit before justice basically. Finally, you've got the chaos of the Outer Worlds to choose from which features a group of bandits plundering the galaxies and always looking for new victims.
The searching for raw materials and resources is rather boring in Warpfire but the graphics are excellent and the level of detail is impressive for an online game.
